Grievance procedure

We are committed to the sustainable production of our terry towels, bed linen and table linen. We work with selected business partners. They commit to socially responsible, safe working conditions and environmentally friendly production processes not only by signing our Code of Conduct, but also through recognised certification. (Oeko-tex –STeP by Oeko-tex – Made in Green - BSCI and/or SEDEX).

Bamatex home textiles commits to confirm reception of the complaint within 24 hours.
The complaint will be investigated, answered and closed in a reasonable time, which will take no longer than 30 days.
All complaints are threated confidentially. We make every effort to protect the identity of the person concerned. Complaints can be reported anonymously.

Complaints are carefully investigated. Appropriate actions will be determined. Bamatex home textiles commits to monitoring and implementing these actions involving all stakeholders.

To all stakeholders related to business partners based in Turkey: Bamatex supports and promotes Amfori's Speak Up programme. Through this, we aim to:
  • better understand labour risks in our supply chain
  • receive actionable insights to de-risk operations and sourcing
  • support in complying with upcoming and existing human rights requirements

Till now Bamatex home textiles has received no complaints concerning ethical business behaviour.
